He was started his business in a small rented house in Petaling Jaya with named Karangkraf Sdn Bhd, but now he was the owner of the Karangkraf Group with 20-acre of land that includes with thier all group operation in the one roof administration in Shah Alamfor his publishing company to flourish and grow.
His first intent to eradicate the plight of illiteracy among Malay people served as a fuel for him and is a key element behind his growing success. His ambitious was emerged from humbled beginning where his parents also owns a bookshop in Kelantan. The habit of reading was incalculable at a very young age by his loving parents which led him to develop an interest in this business.
When he was started their business, at this time, there are no Malay language magazine, knowledge readers, tabloid reading and novel book in publication market. Then, he was the first person that establish and develop also make change of new arrangement to introduce Malay-language publication to the Malay people and also the Malaysians. After that, he was introduces to all readers with many magazines, newspaper, tabloid and also readers sources was used Malay-language included fashion, family, community affairs, malay's comic, sport and so on. After 30 years he was started this publication company, the character of Bahasa Malaysia newspaper and magazines was serious, sombre and controlled.
With his effort and also the 1400 Karangkraf Group staff, this company was has appreciated from Malaysian Book of Record (MBOR) for 'Publishing with the most number of Malay magazines title'. The main reason on his successful is must be always fair when we want doing doing some news or report.
